Redevelopment of Contaminated Gas Stations

Acquired dozens of vacant and/or contaminated gas stations in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania; remediated all environmental concerns on the sites and obtained all permits and approvals required for redevelopment of the properties into appropriate new uses such as pad sites for new gas stations, banks or other types of commercial uses (pharmacies, other retail); sold to builders.

Redevelopment of Contaminated Strip Malls

Acquired several strip malls formerly housing dry cleaners and/or gas stations; remediated sites and obtained all permits and approvals required for redevelopment of new strip malls and other appropriate commercial uses; sold to builders.

Redevelopment of Abandoned Factories

Acquired and redeveloped abandoned factories in New Jersey, Maine, Delaware and Pennsylvania. Environmental remediation was conducted and all approvals and permits were obtained, and properties were sold to builders. A 382-acre factory with over 650 Areas of Concern (AOCs) was redeveloped into a 3,800,000 square foot logistics distribution facility and sold to a builder.

Residential and multifamily redevelopments

Acquired properties and obtained approvals for
thousands of residential, for-sale units in North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey, Rhode
Island, and Maine; pods of approved lots were sold to builders for construction of the units.
Acquired an existing time share resort in South Carolina which was redeveloped into a longterm rental apartment complex and sold to a builder to complete future phases of the
development.

Student housing redevelopments

Redeveloped contaminated properties into student housing;
identified properties, formulated redevelopment plan and budget, put together development
team including environmental remediation, conducted the remediation and obtained all
approvals to build updated student housing developments.
