At EID, we focus on acquiring, remediating, and redeveloping environmentally impacted
properties known as Brownfields. We redevelop large properties that have been vacant or idle
in some cases for decades. We partner with stakeholders to clean the environment, create or
preserve open space, and create thousands of jobs.
We have redeveloped thousands of acres into usable properties, not only for industrial/logistics/distribution purposes but also, where appropriate, for residential, recreational, marine-, and mixed-use projects.
We take a pragmatic approach to redevelopment and in each case, our redevelopment plans
are tailored to conditions of the property itself, the needs of the local area and its residents,
and other relevant factors. No two redevelopments are alike, and we approach each one as a
unique opportunity.
About Us
Dan Gural and Erin Murphy are the founders of Everton Industrial Development, and have had tremendous success as one of the only husband and wife teams in the industry.
Dan has been involved in real estate investments and development since 1995, having founded one of the first brownfield redevelopment companies in the US, Atlantic Real Estate Recycling. After many years of redeveloping contaminated properties, Dan started to invest in other avenues of the real estate world. Erin came onboard full time in 2006. Dan and Erin have developed dozens of brownfield projects, and acquired thousands of acres of land and thousands of residential units, and have owned and managed their own apartment complex portfolio. Dan and Erin have partnered with some of the largest pension funds in the world and have consistently delivered high quality, large scale redevelopments, bringing back life to the properties and the communities in which they are located. We are proud to have created thousands of permanent jobs and contributed to the cleanup of contaminated properties for the benefit of the planet.
