Site Selection and Land Acquisition
We identify and investigate sites for each potential use and negotiate terms that ensure the success of each redevelopment. We acquire the properties necessary for the redevelopment and are experienced with the acquisition of various types of distressed properties.
REDEVELOPMENT PLANNING AND APPROVALS
We work with stakeholders to design, permit, and obtain all required approvals for the redevelopment. We then either partner with a builder or sell the fully approved (pad-ready) site to a builder.
PROJECT FINANCING
We have transacted more than 100 projects totaling over $4 Billion in Asset Value. We either invest our own equity or partner with some of the largest equity firms depending upon the financial requirements of the project.
LEED/GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE CAPABILITIES
